Die Gesundheit von Männern

Wie schon 2015 und 2018 lasse ich bis zum Ende November 2020 für die Förderung der männlichen Gesundheit meinen schönen Gesichtsbesen gedeihen!

Aufgrund der aktuellen Pandemie und dem momentanen Landesweiten Shutdown, wird es dieses Jahr keine live Spenden-Events geben!
Dennoch darf man gespannt sein:
am 22.11.2020 findet die “Defeat by Burpees”-Challenge statt. Die Regeln sind simpel - ich werde in 4 Stunden so viele Burpees absolvieren wie möglich. Jede Unterstützung in Form von Spenden (bspw. 1 Cent pro Burpee) ist gerne gesehen und steigert meine Motivation!

Since Movember 1st, I am wearing my little Moustache with proud!
Due too the pandemic situation and the current shutdown, there won’t be any live donation events!
But - there will be the “Defeat by Burpee” challenge on 22th of November! The rules are simple - I will do as many Burpees as possible in 4 hours! You are more than welcome to donate a small amount (e.g. 1 Cent per Burpee) and my efforts will increase :)

If you want to support me, i can offer you a funny picture and my greatest gratitude.

Together we will fight prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mental health problems!
