My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Die Gesundheit von Männern
Prostatakrebs
Hodenkrebs
Psychische Gesundheit und Suizidprävention

This is the third time, I grow a mustache for charity. We need to raise awareness of men's health issues because too many fathers, brothers, sons, and friends die too young. I want to be a part of changing the face of men's health!

If you want change to happen start with yourself. So, I challenged myself to run 150 km in total in my first two Movember events. These were 5 km per day which helped me to improve my own mood and health. And it was working!

Men are considered as the stronger of the sexes and many of us misbelieve that it's a no-go to talk about feelings and (psychic) problems. We must break the taboo because depression, burnout or even suicide could be the result.

I'm happy about every support! If you also want to be part of the change, feel free to join the official campaign. Even if it’s only 1€, your donation helps to prevent men from dying too young!

Today was tough - at least the first half of it. Then I remembered that it's all about mental strength and less about physical abilities!
