Psychische Gesundheit und Suizidprävention

Es gibt Menschen, die teilen auch das letzte Kuchenstück. Ich möchte dieses Jahr ein gutes Vorbild sein und freue mich mit eurer Hilfe die MovemberChallenge zu rocken.
Die Suizidrate ist weltweit erschreckend hoch, besonders unter Männern. Zu viele Männer wollen „es allein durchstehen“. Sie behalten ihre Gefühle für sich und kämpfen im Stillen.
Lasst uns diesen Männern Mut machen und ihnen zeigen, dass sie nicht alleine sind.
