Men's health
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

I am a 42yr man who tries his best to keep healthy by cycling to work and playing rugby & by Sunday morning one that regrets cycling to work and playing rugby.
Therefore instead of doing a 10k or running a marathon, I’m going to grow a truly horrendous moustache for charity.
Throughout this month, it will be on face all day, everyday, even for my daughter’s 16th birthday.

Joking aside, it’s a charity that supports causes dear to me, my friends and my family.

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
