My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

In Loving Memory of Bruno - my motivation is to reduce the stigma of talking about ones Mental Health.

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there.

This year - I have the goal to raise €1250, for mental health organizations. To support this, I will grow out my beard for the full month of November, and If i reach my goal, I will shave my beard based on everyones votes for some fun ideas. If you are unable to donate, I apprecaite any support even to share the page or message with your loved ones.

This year my goal is to raise $250 for men's mental health awareness - to help motivate towards that goal your donations will act as votes as to how you would like me to shave my beard at the end of November. Each $1 donated will count as a vote. When donating please comment on how you would like me to shave my beard for me to tally the votes at the end of November. My personal $25 pledge is my vote towards me just shaving it normally at the end of november! I look to your creativity and help in reaching the $250 goal! Below I have attached a photo from how I shaved my beard last year for some inspiration.
