Prostate Cancer

About the project

Mental health is empirically linked to the workplace.  Male dominated industries in particular are known to be correlated with mental ill-health issues. There is an increasing acknowledgement by employers of the importance of investing in the mental health and wellbeing of their employees however there is a lack of data available which can clearly show the link between mental health/wellbeing interventions and mental health/wellbeing outcomes.  The goals of the project are to strengthen the mental health and wellbeing of employees and therefore the business performance of the employer through improved measurement, evaluation and benchmarking of prevention and early intervention workplace mental health and wellbeing initiatives.
