Raise funds for Men’s health

Grow a Mo

If there's one thing The Order of Mo is known for, it's this. Growing a Mo is our symbol for better men’s health. It also grabs attention and starts important conversations. So give it a go – it shows the world you stand for healthier men and a healthier world.

4. Raise funds

The Order of Mo is the world’s least secret society. So let the world know what you’re doing and why. Share your Mo Space and ask for donations in real life and on social media. Every donation makes a difference.

Why Grow for Movember?

Men are dying before their time. But you can help us change and save lives.

Show you stand for better men’s health

Growing a Mo is like wearing a symbol representing healthier men and a healthier world, all Movember long. It tells everyone you walk past that a healthier world matters.

It couldn’t be any easier

Shave down at the start of the month, and let your Mo do its thing. It’s one simple action that unites, gives purpose and starts conversations that can sprout real change.

Raise funds. Save lives.

The money you raise will fund game-changing men’s health projects. And help us take on mental health, suicide, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.

Hear from the Movember community

Movember
As a 10-year+ Mo Bro it’s hard to imagine not Mo-ing. It’s so much more than the one month of November – it’s the community that is brought together by the team at Movember and the work that is done using the proceeds. I couldn’t imagine not being part of it each year.

I’ve been participating in Movember alongside the Toronto Police Service as part of Team Follicle Force. But last year was the first year we got Draper — the moustachioed horse involved. Everyone on the service and in the public were paying attention to the horse with a moustache!

I Grow my Mo and I’m also Team Captain for the C Grade Seedy’s cricket team. The name comes from the fact that we like to compare our cricketing ability to our moustaches – inconsistent, patchy, but every once in a while someone might produce a miracle.

I’ve been supporting Movember for just over nine years. It all started with the idea of just growing a Mo, raising some cash and having a bit of fun along the way. In 2018 my mindset changed. I thought while I am happy and healthy in my life, why not do all I can for men’s health.

Run or walk 60km over the month. That’s 60km for the 60 men we lose to suicide each hour, every hour across the world.
